Hand Extruder For PP,PE,PVC & PVDF

Dohle ExOn1 plastic welding extruder with 1.2 kg per hour. For sheet thickness between 5 and 12 mm. Supply wire 4mm; 230V. This extruder welds PE, PP, PVC and PVDF.   

The Dohle ExOn1 extruder is an excellent machine for welding PE, PP, PVDF and PVC welding wire Ø 4mm. The ExOn1 comes standard with a built-in stand that can be easily folded away. Dohle Extrusionstechniek GmbH, has over 30 years of experience in making and working with welding extruders for plastics. The ExOn1 guarantees  German quality for welding thermoplastic plastics according to DVS standards. We supply the extruder with two welding shoes of your choice. Due to a lower limit temperature setting in the melting chamber, the extruder is protected against welding with too low a temperature.
