Our German made ExOn Extruders are available in a range of models, with varying extrudate outputs from 0.5 – 12kg per hour to suit different welding applications. Designed for both workshop-based and on site working environments, BAK frequently customises extruder welding kits, which include the necessary welding shoes, tools and accessories to get your job done. These can be supplied in one of our purpose-built steel transport cases for an all-in-one solution. These extruders are capable of welding HDPE, PP, PVC, PVDF and certain other industrial thermoplastics upon request and type. Our entire Extruder range comes along with build in Temperature Display (except ExOn3A) which guarantees a real temperature control and read out. Almost the entire Extruder range (except 1A, 2A, 3A) have brushless pre heater build in and as cold start protection by Mass and Air Temperature. Every type is available with revolving head (360”) with integrated preheat nozzle to weld in any direction.
